Only high-quality components are used in each Galvatek line to improve efficiency. The line runs smoothly with minimal downtime events. 
Galvatek does not have pre-set sizes, and each line is designed to adapt the unique needs, requirements, and facility specifications. 

Galvatek developed an enclosed ventilation system: Candovent ™ that makes possible to place the line anywhere in the facility. It doesn’t require a separated enclosed area. 

The closed ventilation system, Candovent™, prevents spills and keeps gases inside, avoiding work environment contamination and reducing the operator exposure to the chemicals. 

Consume less energy and water than traditional lines generating operational cost savings. Many factors lead to the savings: heat and exhaust air loss reduction; and lower energy consumption for tanks heating and AC / heating, among others. 

The line follows the steps set up on the system and requires minimal operator involvement that is limited to the load and upload process. 

Designed to optimize production flow on large lines, The Galvatek 3D Transport System allows to place tanks by floor optimization instead of by process steps. The transporter moves the parts in and out the tanks in any order. 
For traditional surface treatments such as anodizing, etching, or plating a regular transporter or a floor mounted cross transporter is used, depending on the specific requirements.

Chemical Cleaning Lines  

Galvatek’s chemical cleaning lines (CCL) for the aviation industry are designed to clean aero engine components prior to non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections.   Chemical cleaning lines typically include a combination of different cleaning solutions: Aqueous degreasing; paint, varnish and coating stripping; alkaline and ultrasonic cleaning; rust and scale removal; and scale conditioning, rinsing and drying.

Anodizing Plants  

Galvatek designs, manufactures, supply and install automated aluminum anodizing plants, mainly used for high-grade aircraft parts. 

  The anodizing plants can be combined with etching, cleaning and non-destructive testing (NDT) processes.
